Biogen Idec Names Caroline Dorsa to Board of Directors.

Biogen Idec (NASDAQ:BIIB) announced the appointment of Caroline Dorsa, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG) and former Senior Vice President, Global Human Health, Strategy and Integration at Merck & Co., Inc., to its Board of Directors. Ms. Dorsa fills a vacancy on the Board.
